Who is a Volunteer?

There are many different definitions to the question of what a volunteer is. For us it simply means our volunteers are amazing people, who are willing to give a unique contribution to their communities to make an impact in the lives of people suffering from liver cancer.

Offering your time to impact someone else’s life can give you many great rewards, such as

  • The knowledge that you helped make a meaningful difference in your community.
  • Great satisfaction to know that someone directly benefited in a positive way from your support.
  • It can let you experience personal and professional growth.
  • It can provide you with the chance to build long lasting relationships.

What kinds of opportunities are available to volunteers?

There really is no end for opportunities. We believe that every volunteer brings his or her own talents on board that will benefit our works in many different ways. You could choose to assist in outreach programs, help with events planning or simply motivate others to join in the cause. Or you might even have your own ideas that have not been thought about yet.

Whatever it is that you think you could contribute, please feel free to send us a message with your preferences, your talents or your ideas and we will be in touch as soon as possible to hear your suggestions.
